Following the success of previous editions, the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (EF, USSH-VNUHCM), invites scholars, educators, researchers, and practitioners to participate in the International Conference on English Language Teaching 2026 (ICELT 2026).
Organized by EF, USSH-VNUHCM since 2012, ICELT provides an academic platform for participants to exchange innovative ideas, share research findings, and discuss effective practices in English language teaching.

The conference will be held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
All sessions will be conducted in person for registered participants.
Important Dates
Abstract submission deadline: April 24, 2026
Notification of abstract acceptance: May 15, 2026
Full-paper submission deadline: July 3, 2026
Presenter registration deadline: July 17, 2026
Conference dates: October 16–17, 2026
The conference will take place for a full day on October 16 and continue with a morning session on October 17.
All deadlines close at 11:59 p.m. (GMT+7) on the dates indicated.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are required to follow the official submission guidelines and use the designated submission forms.
When submitting an abstract through Form 1, authors must indicate whether they wish to have their paper considered for publication.
Authors who select the publication option must submit a full paper after their abstract has been accepted. Authors who do not wish to publish their paper are only required to submit an abstract.
Conference Publications
Subject to change, selected papers may be considered for publication in:
Conference e-proceedings with an ISBN;
A special issue of the VNUHCM Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities with an ISSN;
An international journal with an ISSN.
