What have alumni achieved after their studies at the Department of Chinese Linguistics and Literature? - Part 1
The journey to conquer the Chinese language has never been easy, as it remains a challenging language whether for beginners or those who have studied it for a long time. For the deeper one learns, the more they find within it blocks of raw jade - precious but not yet brilliant.
With the motto "jade cannot be polished without tools, just as people cannot become virtuous without education," students of the Department of Chinese Linguistics and Literature have used their perseverance and eagerness to learn, along with the guidance of the Department's faculty, to polish themselves into shining gems. They shine not only because of their inherent beauty but also because they are the crystallization of the dedication of those who discovered them. And so, after finishing their journey at the Department, those individuals can still continue to discover even more things on their own.
Within the framework of activities to celebrate the upcoming 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Chinese Linguistics and Literature (1997-2027), they have some messages they would like to share with the Department.
