The 14th Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso) has long been a living Buddha of Tibetan Buddhism and a world-renowned figure for the past six decades. Currently, He is known as a great spiritual teacher, a tireless peace activist, and a person with an innate ability to convey great truths to everyone through an extremely accessible approach.

The book "His Holiness the Dalai Lama at Harvard" is a work that records His entire six-day lecture series at Harvard University, USA, recorded, edited, and translated from Tibetan to English by Professor Jeffrey Hopkins of the University of Virginia. These lectures provide expert Buddhist insights into the human condition as well as inspiring advice on love and compassion. Through this, we can see that the Dalai Lama is the embodiment of the combination of sharp wisdom and impressive expressive ability, along with the practice of practical love.

We would like to respectfully introduce this book to readers!
