Notes:

• Before contacting the plagiarism checking unit, for VIETNAMESE-language works, authors are required to conduct a self-check. To register an account, there are two options:

Register using a university-issued email (e.g., 2156100999@hcmussh.edu.vn) at: https://kttl.hcmussh.edu.vn/.
Then send your information to plagiarism-checker@hcmussh.edu.vn to receive instructions and complete registration procedures.

If you do not have a university email, you may:

• Send an email to plagiarism-checker@hcmussh.edu.vn with:
  Subject: Account Registration for Plagiarism Checking
  Content: Full Name, Student/Staff ID, Faculty, Phone Number, Email
• Or contact directly at:
  • Processing & Reference Services Room (Saigon Campus)
  • Multimedia Room (Linh Xuan Campus)
    to be provided with an account.
• Authors must complete all three forms and sign them (as required) before submitting the application.
• For in-person submission:
  Please bring a USB containing:
  • Final full-text research work
  • Main content file (from Introduction to References)
  • Signed forms
• For online submission:
  Send all signed forms (digital signature or scanned copies) and related files to: plagiarism-checker@hcmussh.edu.vn

5. Service Fees and Processing Time

5.1. General Fees

Standard Service:

• Processing time: 07 working days after confirmation of completed registration (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
• Fee: Number of main-content pages × 2,500 VND
• For works under 10 pages: flat fee of 25,000 VND/work
• No fee is currently applied for undergraduate theses and student research reports

Express Service:

• Processing time: within 03 working days after confirmation (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
• Fee: Number of main-content pages × 4,000 VND
• For works under 10 pages: flat fee of 40,000 VND/work

(*) Note: Express service is NOT applicable to:

• Works including Form 02 (List of citations requested for exclusion), as additional review time is required
• Undergraduate theses and student research reports

5.2. Fees for Research Works by University Staff

Applicable to research reports, textbook manuscripts, conference papers, and journal articles authored by university staff:

Standard Service:

• Fee: Number of main-content pages × 1,500 VND
• Works under 10 pages: flat fee of 15,000 VND/work

Express Service:

• Fee: Number of main-content pages × 2,000 VND
• Works under 10 pages: flat fee of 20,000 VND/work

Additional Notes:

• For theses and dissertations, fees follow Section 5.1
• For works including Form 02, processing time begins only after the form has been fully reviewed and approved
• After completion, the results notification will be sent from: plagiarism-checker@hcmussh.edu.vn
