The Organizing Committee of ICELT 2026 has released the submission guidelines for abstracts, full papers, presentation slides, and posters. Authors and presenters are required to follow the specified formatting, file-naming, and submission requirements.
Submissions must be made through three designated forms: Form 1 for abstracts, Form 2 for full papers, and Form 3 for presentation slides or posters.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted as document files. Each file should be named according to the following format: Full Name – Abstract – Paper Title.
The paper title must contain no more than 15 words and be presented in uppercase letters, centered, in 14-point Times New Roman. Author information must include the full name as displayed on the author’s identification document, academic title or degree, institutional affiliation, and email address. All author information must be italicized.
The abstract must be written as a single paragraph of no more than 300 words, using 10-point Times New Roman, single spacing, and one-inch margins on all sides.
The abstract should include the following components:
Background information;
Aims and scope of the paper;
Research methods and major findings for empirical papers, or key issues analyzed and discussed for theoretical papers;
Implications;
Conclusion.
Each abstract may include up to five keywords.
The deadline for abstract submission is April 24, 2026. Notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent to authors by May 15, 2026.
Full-Paper Submission Guidelines
Full papers must be submitted as document files and named according to the following format: Full Name – Paper Title.
The title must contain no more than 15 words and be presented in uppercase letters, centered, in 14-point Times New Roman. Author information must include the full name, academic title or degree, institutional affiliation, and email address, with all details presented in italics.
Each full paper must contain between 6,000 and 8,000 words and include:
An abstract of no more than 150 words;
Up to five keywords;
The main text;
References and appendices, where applicable;
A brief author biography of no more than 50 words.
The main text must use 12-point Times New Roman, single spacing, and one-inch margins on all sides.
According to the guidelines, the deadline for full-paper submission and the date of notification of acceptance are both listed as July 3, 2026.
Presentation Slide Guidelines
Presentation slides must be prepared in PowerPoint format. Files should be named according to the following format: Full Name – Presentation Slides – Paper Title.
The presentation title must contain no more than 15 words. Presenter information must include the full name, academic title or degree, institutional affiliation, and email address.
One of the presenters must be listed as the first author and must attend the conference to deliver the presentation and respond to questions from participants.
Presenters are required to use the official ICELT 2026 Presentation Slide Template. Each presentation will be allocated a maximum of 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session.
The deadline for submitting presentation slides will be announced at a later date.
Poster Submission Guidelines
Posters must be prepared in PowerPoint format and named according to the following format: Full Name – Poster – Paper Title.
The poster title must contain no more than 15 words. Presenter information must include the full name, academic title or degree, institutional affiliation, and email address.
One of the presenters must be listed as the first author and must attend the conference to introduce the poster and respond to participants’ questions.
All posters must be prepared using the official ICELT 2026 Poster Template. The poster submission deadline will be announced at a later date.
Authors and presenters are advised to carefully review the formatting requirements, file names, and submission procedures before submitting their materials. Further information regarding the deadlines for presentation slides and posters will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
