One of the most important developments in statistical science is the application of computers to statistical analysis and calculation. R is a statistical language, but can also be seen as software that can be used for statistical analysis. Currently, R has become extremely popular in universities around the world and is used as a medium for teaching statistics. In the book “Data Analysis with R” compiled primarily for university students and scientific researchers, those who need software to learn statistics, to analyze data, or to graph from scientific data. This book is not a textbook on statistical theory, nor is it intended to teach readers how to perform statistical analysis, but it will help readers perform statistical analysis more effectively and excitingly. The main purpose is to provide readers with basic knowledge of statistics, how to apply R to solve problems, and thereby serve as a foundation for readers to learn or further develop R.
