Promoting sustainable cooperation in library services, knowledge management, and heritage conservation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat University
Lam Dong – On the morning of July 31, 2026, the delegation from the Center for Information, Library and Museum of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (the Center) visited and worked with the Information – Library Center of Da Lat University to exchange professional expertise. This activity is part of the strategy to expand the network of connections, share management experience, and develop information resources among higher education institutions.

Representing the Center for Information, Library and Museum of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City was the co-chair, Dr. Bui Thu Hang – Director of the Center; along with Deputy Directors: PhD Candidate Vo Thi Huynh Nhu, Mr. Vu Nguyen Anh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, and members of the delegation.

Professional exchange and cooperation content
The meeting took place in a formal and open atmosphere, focusing on key areas to improve the quality of training and scientific research support:
· Management, operation, and optimization of functional spaces: Both sides discussed in-depth the management models and optimization of modern learning spaces to meet the growing needs of learners.
· Development of digital learning resources: Strategic direction in building and developing digital learning resources, ensuring intellectual property protection to provide maximum support for training and research.
· Museum conservation and digital transformation: Exchanging professional expertise on museum management, artifact inventory processes, and promoting digital transformation solutions in the library sector.

Cooperation direction and side activities
The leadership of both units agreed to maintain a close relationship and strengthen the sharing of practical experience in the coming time to continuously innovate and improve the quality of professional operations. On this occasion, the delegation presented souvenirs to tighten the cooperative relationship, took photos to mark the meaningful milestone, and directly visited the facilities, service systems, library, and museum at the Information – Library Center of Da Lat University.
