On December 8, the Conference for Public Servants and Office Workers (2022) of the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature took place in Room D201, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM.
Representatives from the University include: Dr. Phạm Thanh Duy – Head of the Department of Administrative Affairs Dr. Trần Anh Tiến – Head of the Department of External Relations and Research Affairs Mr. Hồ Quang Viên – Head of the Department of Planning and Finance Mr. Nguyễn Văn Sinh – Head of the Department of Facilities and Equipment Management Dr. Vũ Toản – Deputy Head of the Department of Student Affairs Ms. Phạm Thị Hồng Cúc – Deputy Head of the Department of Undergraduate Affairs Dr. Nguyễn Thị Thùy Duyên – Deputy Head of the Department of Graduate Affairs Dr. Cao Thị Châu Thủy – Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance Mr. Võ Nguyên Anh – Deputy Head of the Library and Information Center Mr. Trần Quang Thắng – Deputy Head of Thu Duc Campus Management Board Ms. Phạm Thị Hồng Vân – Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Inspectorate – Legality – Intellectual Property
Representatives from the Faculty include: Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Nguyên – Dean Dr. Phó Phương Dung – Associate Dean Dr. Cao Thị Phương Dung – Associate Dean Dr. Nguyễn Thị Như Ngọc – Associate Dean Ms. Văn Thị Nhã Trúc – President of EF Union Ms. Huỳnh Hồ Tường Vân – Vice President of EF Union, along with more than 50 lecturers and staff members of the Faculty.
At the conference, lecturers and staff of the Faculty offered suggestions to help build a dynamic and effective learning environment for students as well as a favorable working environment, bringing about satisfaction and attachment of the Faculty to the University. The comments mainly revolved around the topics of equipment and facilities, regulations and management of undergraduate and postgraduate training as well as issues of administrative management of the University. Some of the questions were already answered on the spot by representatives from the University, and some others will be answered in writing. On behalf of the Faculty of English Linguistics and Literature, Dr. Nguyen Dang Nguyen thanked the University’s representatives for their presence and concerns for the Faculty’s lecturers and staff members, which concluded the conference at around 11:00. |
