The school would like to inform the faculties about the ASEAN-Japan Youth Forum 2025 program, as follows:
1. General information
The ASEAN-Japan Youth Forum 2025 (ASEAN-Japan Youth Forum 2025, Take Actions for Social Change (TASC) 2025) is a program under the project “Partnership to Co-create a Future with the Next Generation: WA Project 2.0” to promote understanding between ASEAN and Japanese youth on the topic of “Plastic Waste”. Students participate in online classes, go on field trips to the Philippines and Japan, work in groups and present action plans.
2. Time and location
From August to December 2025 (about 04 months), specifically:
- August 16: online orientation;
- August 31 to September 05: field trip to the Philippines (06 days 05 nights);
- September to November: online seminar and presentation preparation;
- November 30 to December 07: visit to Japan (08 days 07 nights).
3. Financial support
- The Organizing Committee covers international travel expenses (round-trip airfare is only supported from the airport from the student's nearest residence to the program venue), accommodation and related transportation expenses throughout the program in the Philippines and Japan;
- Students are responsible for all other expenses (if any).
4. Application documents
Students register online on the online registration portal with the following documents:
- Personal essay;
- Letter of recommendation.

6. Application form and deadline
