The Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, hereby announces to all foreign students who wish to apply for university admission to the Vietnamese Studies major in 2025 regarding the submission of application documents as follows: • Application documents: Each candidate must submit 02 sets of documents, with each set including: 1. Application form for foreigners studying in Vietnam (according to the template of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, download template number 1 at https://hcmussh.edu.vn/vnh/bm 2. Student Resume (student CV, bilingual Vietnamese – English) download template number 7 at the link https://hcmussh.edu.vn/vnh/bm 3. Certified copy of High School Diploma (if your High School Diploma is not in English, it must be accompanied by a notarized translation into Vietnamese) 4. Certified copy of the transcript (academic record) for all subjects over the 3 years of high school. 5. Copy of passport – cover page, page with photo and full name, and the page with the visa. 6. Copy of Vietnamese Language Certificate issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (Candidates must meet the language proficiency requirements suitable for the program and major of study according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training). 7. Commitment letter agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations when studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities if admitted (according to template number 4 at the link https://hcmussh.edu.vn/vnh/bm 8. Health certificate issued by a competent medical facility in the country or by a provincial/municipal-level medical facility in Vietnam. 9. 03 photos of size 3cm * 4cm (clearly write full name and date of birth on the back) In each set of application documents, candidates must arrange all documents from number 1 to number 9 in order, place them in a folder, and submit them to the office of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies.
