Global Impact Startup Challenge Announcement

The school would like to inform the faculties about the Global Impact Startup Challenge (GISC) program, as follows:
1. Content
GISC is a 9-day startup program for students. Participants will work in groups to develop business ideas, design models and present to experts. The program creates opportunities to connect with international friends and access the startup ecosystem.

Singapore and expanding the network. This year’s theme is “The Care Economy: Solutions Across Age Groups”. Students are introduced to regional multi-age support efforts and the Lean Startup methodology, learn how to develop ideas, build models, create a prototype (MVP), design presentations and practice fundraising skills. In addition, there are activities to visit the startup ecosystem and participate in a geriatric innovation event.

3. Participation conditions
- Full-time students with good or excellent academic performance;
- Have good English skills enough to communicate throughout the program.
4. Participation fee
850 SGD includes 9% tax to cover items such as: accommodation (double room), wifi, breakfast, lunch for 03 days, welcome dinner on 03/07 and transportation. Other expenses are borne by participants.

5. Application form
