Announcement on recruiting students to participate in the AUN Student Affairs Network Conference - Voice, Opportunity, exchange
AUN Student Affairs Network (AUN-SAN) Voice, Opportunity, eXchange (abbreviated as AUN-SAN VOX) is a new activity proposed by the AUN Student Affairs Network to create conditions for students from AUN member schools to participate in exchanges and dialogues on important issues in the region and seek solutions and policies.
2. Location and time
From August 31, 2025 to September 4, 2025 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Brunei.

5. Participation conditions
- Full-time students of the University;
- Ability to communicate and present well in English;
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam's history, culture, economy and society;
- Understanding of ASEAN and Vietnam's ASEAN integration process;
- Awareness and initiatives to enhance the position and role of regional youth in building a peaceful and prosperous ASEAN community; Knowledge and understanding of the program's topic;
- Priority is given to leaders of student organizations (Youth Union - Student Association), or students with outstanding achievements in studying and training.
6. Application documents

- 01 English essay (minimum 300 words, free form) describing the role of student leaders in raising awareness of mental health, digital stress and forming the habit of seeking help for students in the university environment;
- Copy of main page of passport;
- Copy of English certificate (if any);
- Proof of extracurricular activities and leadership role of student organizations, Youth Union - Association, clubs... (if any).
7. Costs
- The Organizing Committee covers the costs of accommodation, airport pick-up, domestic travel during official trips and meals for students.
- The school supports the participation costs for students selected by Ho Chi Minh City National University, including:
+ Round-trip airfare SGN – BWN: VND 7,000,000/student;
+ Global travel insurance: VND 250,000/student;
+ Airport pick-up cost: VND 300,000 x 02 trips.
