Announcement of recruitment of volunteers for the 19th “Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo” and the “12th General Assembly of the Organization for Promoting Tourism of Global Cities in 2025”

The school would like to inform the faculties about the 19th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair and the 12th Global Cities Tourism Promotion Organization General Assembly in 2025. The specific information is as follows:
1. General information: The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City organizes the 19th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair with the theme "Sustainable Tourism, Lively Experience" and the 12th Global Cities Tourism Promotion Organization General Assembly in 2025 with the theme "Shaping the Future of Tourism Industry:
Towards digital transformation and green transformation”. In order to ensure the thoughtfulness and respect in the work of welcoming, seeing off, and accompanying the delegation, the Center for Foreign Affairs and International Conference Services (FSC) has developed a plan to select volunteers to support the event.
2. Time: September 3, 2025 - September 6, 2025;
3. Location: Ho Chi Minh City;
4. Number of participants: a total of 30 places for all units receiving the notice;
5. Content: supporting the work of welcoming, seeing off, and accompanying the delegation and some other tasks within the framework of the event;
6. Registration deadline: before August 12, 2025 via the QR code of the Organizing Committee;
7. Conditions of participation:
- Candidates who have participated in supporting foreign affairs activities, have knowledge of economics, politics, culture, and society;
- Priority is given to candidates who are agile, fluent in English, can use two or more foreign languages, and communicate and handle situations well;
- Priority is given to candidates who have participated in FD 2022 - 2024, HEF 2018-2024, ITE 2018 - 2024;
- Priority is given to students majoring in International Relations, International Studies, Foreign Languages, Economics groups, etc.;
- Priority is given to candidates with good looks;
- Ensure full attendance, punctuality, and compliance with the assignments and dispatches of the Organizing Committee.
8. Benefits:
- Volunteer certificate;
- Receive allowances according to regulations during the event service period.
- Practice English communication skills, diplomatic skills, expand relationships, etc.
