The Student Affairs Department respectfully requests that teachers inform students about the scholarship awarding ceremony so that they can be informed and attend fully and on time.
Students who receive the letter are requested to respond to this email about their attendance before 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2025.
Note:
- Students must be present 15 minutes before the announced time, dressed neatly and politely (white shirt or school uniform, trousers, shoes and student ID card).
- Due to the formal nature of the scholarship award ceremony, students who do not attend will be automatically considered to have refused to receive the scholarship.
