One of my deepest memories was when I attended the activities of the Chinese Consulate General in the city. Ho Chi Minh Organization. HCM not only gave me a sense of solemnity and intimacy, but also saw the close bond between the international student community and their homeland. Meanwhile, the meeting with writer Liu Chun Yun brought an entirely different atmosphere: warm, intelligent and inspiring. For the first time listening directly to a great writer share about writing, I was like opening the door to the subtle world of literature and artistic thought.
Cultural exchange trips are also an integral part of my study abroad journey. Participation in the International Cultural Festival at FPT Can Poetry University left many deep impressions on me. There, I met many friends from all over the world, We danced together, participated in folk games together, enjoyed the cuisine together and shared about our life abroad. All create a colorful yet highly harmonious atmosphere.
Another activity that made me feel more clearly about the bond between the two countries was the meeting between Chinese students and Vietnamese students over time. Despite many different generations, we all share a common respect for our study abroad journey. The stories told carry both nostalgia and hope for the future.
Not only the exchanges, but also the experiences of discovering Vietnamese culture helped me understand more about this beautiful land. When visiting the museum in
University of Social Sciences and Humanities of the National University of TP. HCM, I feel like I am going back to the past through historical artifacts. In particular, being able to experience ethnic instruments, traditional costumes and learn about the ancient farming tools of the Vietnamese made me unforgettable.
Every experience of studying abroad in Vietnam leaves its own traces in me. The enthusiasm of the people here, the open atmosphere of exchanges and the simple but profound beauty of Vietnamese culture, all make my study abroad more meaningful. I believe these memories are not only a tribute to my youth, but also a motivation for me to continue to explore the vast world with an always open heart.
