The University notifies the DiscoverNUS programme information departments of the National University of Singapore, as follows:
1. General Information
The DiscoverNUS programme provides an opportunity for students from the National University of Singapore (NUS) partner universities in the Southeast Asian region to participate in semester 1 studies at NUS. Students who complete the program have the opportunity to participate in the NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
2. Time and location
From August 2026 to December 2026 at NUS, Singapore.
3. Scholarship Value
Students are exempt from tuition fees for the study program at NUS and are supported by part of the cost of accommodation depending on the student's background (admitted students who need to request support for housing costs in terms of their background need to contact NUS directly for guidance);
Students pay for other expenses themselves;
Students after participating in the Program, in the final year of their undergraduate degree, can apply for a one-year master’s scholarship program at NUS – NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
4. Quantity
Each department nominates a maximum of 02 students.
5. Selection conditions
- Be a fourth or third year student during the exchange period at NUS, third year student priority;
Excellent academic achievement at high school (THPT) and university, with priority given to awards, scholarships at THPT and university;
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities, serving the community;
Have leadership potential;
Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or above or TOEFL iBT 85 or above);
Interested in pursuing a master’s program at NUS after joining the program;
Commit to full participation in the program.
6. Application Document
- 01 resume (CV) in English as a pdf file with a size of less than 3MB, fully presenting the following information (for further reference in the attached NUS CV Implementation Guide file):
+ Academic level includes the name of the THPT school with the average score, the name of the university with the current average score;
+ Work experience, leadership, volunteering;
+ Extracurricular activities (clubs, sports activities...);
+ Academic award or scholarship at THPT school, university (if any);
+ English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS);
+ Other necessary information such as: foreign languages, special talents. (If there is).
- 01 student information form (according to the form);
- 01 latest Vietnamese scoreboard and 01 latest English scoreboard within 30 days from 06/3/2026;
- 01 copy of passport page personal information (not notarized);
- 01 copy of certificate of English proficiency (not notarized);
- Certificate of extracurricular activity, serving the community;
- Evidence of academic achievements;
- Certificate of identity (if you support the cost of accommodation according to the identity).

The school recommends that faculties make this program widely known to students interested in enrolling.
