The school informs the faculties about the student exchange program with Jissen Women's University, Japan for the fall semester of 2026, as follows:
1. Conditions
- Regular students from year 2 or above, with good academic ability or above;
Have appropriate Japanese or English proficiency as required by the program.
2. Time (estimated)
From September 2026 to January 2027.
3. Cost
Students are exempt from tuition when participating in the program and must pay for other costs themselves.
4. Quantity
Each department nominates a maximum of 1 student.
5. Curriculum
Advanced Track (Japanese): for students with JLPT N2 or above, including specialized subjects and general education subjects (all subjects are credited);
Advanced Track (English): for students with English proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B1 or equivalent or above. The curriculum includes: Bridging the Gap: Communication Across Language Proficiencies (compulsory, no credits), Global Studies and a number of specialized courses taught in English (compulsory, no credits) and Intensive Japanese (optional, no credits);
Entry Track: for students with English proficiency (CEFR) from A2 or equivalent or above, or Japanese JLPT N3 - N5 or equivalent. The program includes: Intensive Japanese (optional, no credit), English subjects under the General Education Program of the Language and Culture Education Center (mandatory, credit).
6. Application Document
- Application for participation in the program (by form);
- Agreement to participate in the program (by model);
- Health certificate (by model);
Purpose and study plan (in Japanese or English);
Financial proof (in English);
- Scoreboard for all semesters (in English);
- Certificate of Residence (CoE) (by model);
A copy of the valid passport;
- Photo of the card;
TB clearance certificate.
- Copy of foreign language certificate:
+ For Advanced Track (Japanese): JLPT N2, EJU 200 points, BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test 400 points, J-TEST 600 (A–C level) or Japanese NAT-TEST Level 2 or above;
+ For Advanced Program (English) - Advanced Track (English): CEFR B1 or above;
+ For Entry Track: CEFR A2 or JLPT N3-N5.
