The University informed the faculties about the 55 Excellence Fellowship Program at Nanjing University, China in 2026 funded by Sunwah Group, Sunwah Foundation in coordination with Nanjing University (China). Information as follows:
1. Contents: The Sunwah 55 Excellence Fellowship program at Nanjing University (Jiangsu Province, China) is implemented in the period 2025-2028, with the aim of facilitating students who have graduated from outstanding universities in Vietnam to have the opportunity to study a master’s degree at Nanjing University.
2. Number: Sunwah Group and Sunwah Foundation allocated a total of 05 places for Vietnamese students.
3. Time and location: 2-3 years (depending on major) at Nanjing University, China.
4. Specializations: Chinese Language and Literature, International Chinese Language Education, Law, International Relations, Communication, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Trade.
5. Scholarship Scheme:
Free of all tuition fees;
- Free dormitory: Arrange in a double room according to the regulations of the school, completely free of room rent (about 12,000 - 24,000 NDT / year, equivalent to 45,737,982 - 91,475,965 VND);
Annual health insurance: 800 NDT/year (equivalent to VND 3,049,198);
Visa fee: Free visa (about 700 NDT, equivalent to 2,829,531 VND);
Free of application fees after passing the online application round of Nanjing University (600 NDT, equivalent to VND 2,286,855);
Free some other first year expenses as stipulated by Nanjing University such as medical examination, visa conversion, etc.;
Return Airline Ticket: Students are granted 1 return airplane ticket between Vietnam and China each year during their study period;
- Study materials;
Living subsidy: NDT 3,000/month for 2-3 academic years (VND 11,434,278 equivalent);
Other expenses not covered by the above will be borne by the scholarship recipient.
6. Application conditions:
- General Requirements:
+ Students are committed to maintaining good academic achievements, active participation in social activities, summer internships;
Have quality, good ethics, adequate academic health abroad (checked periodically);
Not applying for another scholarship program in 2026;
+ Commit to complete the program and work at Sunwah Group 02 years after graduation, if the breach of the commitment to reimburse the expenses;
+ Register only one branch, do not voluntarily change branches or schools after admission.
- Language:
+ For Chinese language teaching: HSK level 5 or above or university degree input, Master in China in Chinese and HSK 6 output (for Social Sciences, Humanities and Business Block), HSK level 4 or above or university degree input, Master in China in Chinese and HSK level 5 output (for Social Sciences, Humanities and Business Block).
+ For English language teaching: IELTS 6.0 entry, TOEFL (1-120): 85 points, TOELF (1-6): 4.5 points, TOEFL Essentials 9 points or Duolingo English Test from 100 points or above and HSK level 3 output.
7. Application Term and Form: Candidates submit their application directly to the Sunwah Group office in the city. Ho Chi Minh City (Sunwah Creative Innovation Center - 6th Floor, Golden House, Sunwah Pearl, 90 Nguyen Hui Scene, West American Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) before April 17, 2026.
