NOTICE ON VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION FOR THE HO CHI MINH CITY INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPO (ITE HCMC) 2026

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 790/XHNV-CTSV dated April 20, 2026, issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, regarding the coordination in recruiting volunteers for the Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo (ITE HCMC) 2026.
The Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo (ITE HCMC) 2026 is one of the largest international tourism events in Vietnam. It also provides an excellent practical opportunity for students to enhance their foreign language proficiency, communication skills, and professional working style. To support students in accessing this opportunity, the Office of Student Affairs kindly requests Faculties and Units to coordinate the following activities:
1. Information Dissemination
- Share the volunteer recruitment information with students of all cohorts through the Unit’s fanpage, academic advisors, and class representatives.
2. Program Summary
- Number of positions: 350 volunteers (event support and content communication roles);
- Application deadline: Before June 6, 2026;
