Announcement on the extension of the admission application period - 2026 (for international students)

Bachelor's Program in Vietnamese Studies (Full-time) for international students – 2026
To provide international applicants with more time to prepare and complete their applications, the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City hereby announces the extension of the admission application period for the Bachelor's Program in Vietnamese Studies (full-time) for international students, with details as follows:
1. Application period
- Extended until August 18, 2026.
Applicants wishing to pursue the program are kindly requested to complete and submit their applications within the specified time.
2. Admission application documents
Each applicant must prepare 02 sets of documents, each including:
- Application form for foreigners studying in Vietnam (following the template of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam).
Download Template No. 01 at: https://hcmussh.edu.vn/vnh/bm - A notarized copy of the High School Graduation Diploma. If the diploma is not issued in English, the applicant must provide a notarized or certified Vietnamese translation in accordance with regulations.
- A notarized copy of high school transcripts or academic records for 03 years of high school.
- - A notarized copy of the passport, including:
- + Cover page;
- + Page with photo and personal information;
- + Page with visa, if applicable.
- A copy of the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Certificate from level 3/6 (B1) or higher according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Health certificate issued by a competent medical facility in the applicant's home country or a provincial/city-level medical facility in Vietnam.
03 color photos size 3 × 4 cm (clearly write full name, date, month, and year of birth on the back of each photo).
3. Important Notes
- Applicants must submit 02 identical sets of documents.
- Documents must be fully prepared and arranged in the correct order.
- Documents in foreign languages must be translated and notarized/certified.
