Course registration for Semester 1 of the 2026-2027 academic year for full-time standard program students
Based on the 2026-2027 teaching and learning plan, the Academic Affairs Office announces the registration, adjustment, and cancellation of course classes for Semester I of the 2026-2027 academic year for full-time standard program university students as follows:
1. Time for course registration and cancellation
Time for official course registration and cancellation (Phase 1)
- Cohort 2023 students: from 09:00 on August 3, 2026 to the end of August 4, 2026;
Cohort 2024 students: from 09:00 on August 5, 2026 to the end of August 6, 2026;
Cohort 2025 students: from 09:00 on August 7, 2026 to the end of August 8, 2026;
Time for official course registration, adjustment, cancellation, retaking, and improvement (Phase 2)
Cohort 2021 and 2022 students: from 09:00 to the end of August 9, 2026;
Cohort 2023 students: from 09:00 on August 17, 2026 to the end of August 18, 2026;
Cohort 2024 students: from 09:00 on August 19, 2026 to the end of August 20, 2026;
Cohort 2025 students: from 09:00 on August 21, 2026 to the end of August 22, 2026;
Students from cohort 2020 and earlier: submit physical course registration forms directly at the Academic Affairs Office (Room P2-05, Linh Xuan campus) from August 17, 2026 to the end of August 28, 2026.
2. Notes during the course registration process
Students must check the course code, class code, and schedule in the Timetable section to avoid schedule overlaps, incorrect classes, or missing courses;
After successful registration, students must check, export the registration results, and save them (select the Timetable section to print the results);
During the registration process, if errors occur, students should take a screenshot of the error and use their personal email (provided by the University) to send it to the email address: dkhp@hcmussh.edu.vn for support and guidance (email reception and response period is until the end of August 28, 2026);
After the registration/cancellation deadline, the Academic Affairs Office will no longer process requests for adjusting or changing course classes.
3. Course registration method
Students register for courses online at the Academic Affairs Office website, using the mssv@hcmussh.edu.vn email provided by the University to log in to their personal page at https://hcmussh.edu.vn/qldt (after logging in, students select the “Learning” section, then select “Course Registration”).
The University requests that the faculties inform their students to know and implement.
