Announcement on New Student Scientific Research Project Registration for the Academic Year 2026–2027

The Office of External Relations and Science Management (ER&SM) would like to forward to your unit Announcement No. 684/TB-XHNV-ĐN&QLKH dated May 22, 2026 regarding the registration for Student Scientific Research Projects for the academic year 2026–2027 (attached).

We kindly request your unit to disseminate this information to students currently studying at your unit, and at the same time encourage, support, and guide students in registering their research projects.

Starting from 2026, student scientific research activities will be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Implementation of Grassroots-level Science and Technology Projects from 2026 onward (issued together with Decision No. 367/QĐ-XHNV-ĐN&QLKH dated March 30, 2026). Your unit is kindly requested to review and implement the attached regulations, as well as disseminate the information to students so that they fully understand the regulations and procedures.

To ensure that student scientific research activities are carried out on schedule, please follow the announcement and regulations, and submit the required documents to the Office of ER&SM within the prescribed deadline.
