Announcement on Student Recruitment for the AUN Summer Camp 2026 at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City

The University hereby announces to all faculties the information regarding the AUN Summer Camp 2026 at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), as follows:

1. Duration From July 19, 2026 to August 1, 2026.

2. Venue

• Main study locations: VNU-HCM Administration Building and campuses of member universities (International University, University of Economics and Law, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, etc.);

• Accommodation: VNU-HCM Dormitory and An Giang University Dormitory;

• Field trips: Enterprises, ecological models, and experiential learning sites in Ho Chi Minh City and An Giang Province.

3. Theme ESG towards Sustainable Development.

4. Expenses

• Students are exempted from program participation fees, designated accommodation at VNU-HCM and An Giang University dormitories, meals during the program, and transportation costs within the program;

• Students shall cover other personal expenses.

5. Eligibility

• Full-time undergraduate students;

• Good academic performance, with preference for students with academic achievements;

• Proficiency in English;

• Ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, with preference for those experienced in extracurricular and cultural exchange activities, especially ASEAN-related activities;

• Leadership potential, teamwork and communication skills, with preference for students holding achievements or certificates in extracurricular activities;

• Commitment to full participation in the program.

6. Quota Each faculty may nominate up to 03 students.

7. Application Documents

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English;

• Student Information Form (attached template);

• Academic transcripts in both Vietnamese and English for all semesters;

• Proof of language proficiency;

• Evidence of leadership experience, extracurricular activities, and cultural exchange;

• Evidence of academic achievements.

Faculties are requested to widely disseminate this program so that interested students may register. Faculties should send nomination letters and application dossiers (both hard copy and soft copy) to the Office of External Relations and Scientific Management (Room P4.06, Linh Xuan Campus), email: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before 16:00, June 23, 2026 (Tuesday).

Notes:

• Students submit applications to their faculties, which will prepare nomination letters and forward dossiers to the Office of External Relations and Scientific Management;

• Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.
