The Office of External Relations and Scientific Management has received information from Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City regarding the ITEC Scholarship Program 2026–2027 of the Government of India, as follows:

General Information The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Program 2026–2027 is funded by the Government of India for officials, civil servants, lecturers, experts, and Vietnamese applicants interested in short-term training courses in India.

General Criteria

Age between 25 and 45;
-
Proficiency in English for professional use;
-
At least 5 years of work experience.

Main Fields of Study Information Technology, Education, Health, Economics, Law and Management, Culture, Entrepreneurship, Energy and Sustainable Development (with focus on renewable energy, energy transition, and energy efficiency).
