1. General Information: The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Program 2026-2027, sponsored by the Government of India, is for Vietnamese officials, civil servants, lecturers, experts, and candidates interested in short-term training courses in India.
2. General Criteria:
- Age between 25 and 45;
- Proficient in using English for work;
- At least 05 years of work experience.
3. Main fields: Information Technology, Education, Healthcare, Economics, Law and Governance, Culture, Entrepreneurship, Energy and Sustainable Development (Focusing on renewable energy, energy transition, and energy efficiency).
