- Priority target audience: The scholarship focuses on supporting students from Muslim minority communities abroad.
- Scholarship objectives: To support education and enhance scientific capacity and knowledge for students from friendly nations.
- Conditions: Based on international admission requirements from previous years by the Government of Kuwait, candidates need to meet the following conditions:
+ Age: Usually not exceeding 35 years old (or under 21 years old for certain specific undergraduate programs);
+ Graduation time: High school diploma obtained no more than 02 years prior to the application submission date;
+ Passport validity: Passport must be valid for at least 02 years;
+ Document legalization: All transcripts and degrees must be certified by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the home country, and the Kuwaiti Embassy in the home country. Documents not in English or Arabic must be translated and notarized;
+ Medical certificate: Ensure no dangerous infectious diseases (such as Hepatitis B, C, HIV, Tuberculosis, etc.).
- Successful candidates will be sponsored to study at Kuwait University and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training of Kuwait.
