During the 2026 Green Summer Campaign, the Vietnamese Studies Specialist Team participated in the campaign in Doc Binh Kieu Commune, Dong Thap Province from July 12 to July 18, 2026, bringing many practical activities, contributing to community development and spreading humanistic values.
Prominent highlights of the campaign:
Lighting up the countryside – Joining hands to build new rural areas
Inaugurated the youth project "Model Road – Lighting up the countryside" at the West bank of Giua canal with a length of about 1 km, installing 30 solar lights. The project contributes to completing the lighting system, creating safe travel conditions for people, especially at night, while building a Bright – Green – Clean – Beautiful rural appearance.
Giving love – Sharing with the community
Gifts and scholarships were awarded to students and policy beneficiary families in the area. Each gift not only carries material value but also conveys the affection, sharing, and sense of responsibility of Vietnamese Studies youth.
Topic "The rich and beautiful Vietnamese language"
The campaign members organized training programs to help students improve their Vietnamese language skills, communicate politely and confidently, and foster awareness of preserving the purity of the Vietnamese language.
Equipping skills to prevent online scams
Through practical situations and approachable content, the program helps students recognize common forms of scams, improving their self-protection skills in the digital environment.
Accompanying digital transformation
The team supported local people in implementing electronic identification, integrating personal information into the national database, contributing to improving the efficiency of administrative reform and promoting digital transformation in the locality.
Youth project "Nurturing knowledge"
With the desire to motivate students in difficult circumstances to learn, the project provided practical support, contributing to creating conditions for them to take firm steps on their journey to conquer knowledge.
The 2026 Green Summer Campaign is not only a journey of youth dedication but also an opportunity for Vietnamese Studies students to promote their social responsibility, apply professional knowledge to reality, spread good values, and contribute to building an increasingly developed community.
