Recruitment of interns at the Academic Affairs Office

To create opportunities for learners to gain practical experience, hone skills, and apply professional knowledge, the Academic Affairs Office announces the plan for receiving student interns as follows:

1. General Information

  • Position: Intern.

  • Quantity: From 05 to 10 students per term.

  • Workplace: Directly at the Academic Affairs Office at both campuses:

    • Saigon Campus

    • Linh Xuan Campus

2. Time for receiving and submitting applications

The Academic Affairs Office organizes two main internship periods per year:

  • Period 1 (April - June): Receive applications from March 1 to March 20.

  • Period 2 (September - November): Receive applications from August 1 to August 20.

3. Job description

Interns will rotate to support professional tasks, including:

  • Processing documents and records: Receiving, classifying, storing, retrieving, and digitizing documents according to the University's standards.

  • Consulting and supporting learners: Answering inquiries about enrollment, training, and providing guidance on administrative procedures.

  • Supporting enrollment: Enrollment consulting, data entry, and storage verification.

  • Managing training programs: Checking and reviewing training programs according to the template; statistical and comparative data analysis.

4. Qualifications and requirements

  • Be a student currently registered for an internship module according to the Faculty/University plan.

  • Proficient in office informatics and have basic knowledge of clerical work.

  • Good communication skills, diligent, careful, and meticulous.

  • Possess a spirit of responsibility, discipline, and a commitment to data confidentiality.

5. Benefits for students

6. Application submission

Application includes:

  1. Personal statement: From 250 to 600 words explaining the desire to intern and perform community service at the Academic Affairs Office.

  2. Introduction letter: Letter from the managing Faculty accompanied by a list of registered students.

  3. Other documents: According to current internship registration regulations.
