
Following the announcement from the Dinh Thien Ly Community Supporting Fund regarding the selection of students with difficult circumstances who have made efforts to strive in their studies and training for the 2026 Dinh Thien Ly Scholarship, the University hereby announces the implementation of the scholarship program as follows:
- Number of scholarships: 03 awards.
- Scholarship value: 100% tuition fee waiver (calculated by number of credits) according to the official training program of the University.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Fourth-year students in the 2025-2026 academic year, full-time regular program; academic performance in the 2025-2026 academic year of 8.0 or higher; training result of 80 or higher;
- Actively participate in social work and community support activities;
- Financial hardship;
- Have not received any other sponsored scholarships in the 2025-2026 academic year; students graduating in 2026, intake year 2022 are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Application documents:
+ 01 Online scholarship application form (instructions in attached file);
+ 01 Personal essay (clearly stating academic motivation, financial situation, career orientation, and commitment to contributing to the community);
+ 01 Transcript for the 2025-2026 academic year (verified by the University);
+ 01 Letter of recommendation from a faculty lecturer (specifying taught subjects/supervised scientific research, duration of teaching/research, student's academic results, and an overview assessment of the student's development potential);
+ 01 Certificate of poverty/near-poverty/difficult circumstances (with verification);- Certificates/awards for community activities and social service;
- Short introductory video (under 5 minutes);
- Interview (specific information will be announced when students are selected).
The University requests that faculties announce and nominate 01 (one) student who meets the criteria for this scholarship. Faculties should send the nomination letter along with the student's scholarship application dossier to the Department of Student Affairs before 11:30 AM on July 31, 2026.
