The University informs faculties of the DiscoverNUS program information from the National University of Singapore, as follows:

1. General Information
The DiscoverNUS program provides an opportunity for students from partner universities of the National University of Singapore (NUS) in Southeast Asia to study for one semester at NUS. Students who complete the program have the opportunity to apply for the NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
 
2. Time and Location
01 semester, from January 2027 to May 2027 at NUS, Singapore.
 
3. Scholarship Benefits
- Students are exempt from tuition fees for the program at NUS and receive partial support for accommodation costs depending on the student's financial background (selected students wishing to apply for financial support for accommodation must contact NUS directly for guidance);
- Students are responsible for other expenses;
- After participating in the Program, in their final year of undergraduate study, students may apply for the 1-year master's scholarship program at NUS - the NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
4. Quantity
Each faculty may nominate a maximum of 02 students.
5. Eligibility Criteria
- Currently in their third or fourth year of study during the exchange period at NUS;
- Excellent academic performance in high school and university, preference given to those with awards or scholarships in high school and university;
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and community service;
- Potential for leadership;
- Preference given to those with good English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or higher, or TOEFL iBT 85 or higher);
- Interested in pursuing a master's degree at NUS after participating in the program;
- Commitment to fully participate in the program.
6. Application Documents
- 01 English CV in PDF format, smaller than 3MB, presenting all the following information (refer to the attached NUS CV Guide):
+ Academic background including high school name and GPA, university name and current GPA;
+ Work, leadership, and volunteer experience;
+ Extracurricular activities (clubs, sports, etc.);
+ Academic awards or scholarships at high school or university (if any);
+ English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS);
+ Other necessary information such as: foreign languages, special talents, etc. (if any).
- 01 Student Information Form (following the sample in Annex I and II);
- 01 Vietnamese transcript and 01 English transcript, latest within 30 days up to August 4, 2026;
- 01 copy of the passport personal information page (non-notarized);
- 01 copy of English proficiency certificate (non-notarized);
- Evidence of extracurricular activities and community service;
- Evidence of academic achievements;
- Evidence of financial background (if applying for accommodation support based on financial need).

Note: 
- Students submit applications to their faculties; faculties will then draft nomination letters and forward applications to the External Relations and Research Management Office;
- Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.

The University requests that faculties broadly notify students of this program so that interested students can register. Faculties are kindly requested to send nomination letters and application files (both hard and soft copies) to the External Relations and Research Management Office (Room P4-06, Linh Xuan campus), email: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before 15:00, July 31, 2026 (Friday).
