- Candidates can look up admission results and related information (student ID, student email: MSSV@hcmussh.edu.vn, LMS online learning account, and login password) at the website: https://tuyensinhdh.hcmussh.edu.vn.
- Candidates must confirm their enrollment online on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn (before 17:00, August 21, 2026).
- Candidates use the email account provided when looking up admission results to complete the online personal profile at the website: https://hcmussh.edu.vn, or via the USSH-VNUHCM mobile app (download at: https://hcmussh.edu.vn/app); enter the required information and click Save when finished.
- Candidates download the Enrollment Document Receipt and Resume from the system; use the downloaded resume for local notarization; and submit the Enrollment Document Receipt and (notarized) Resume on the enrollment day.
- Candidates pay tuition, health insurance fees, national defense education fees, etc., via 02 methods:
+ Method 1: Use the email account provided when looking up admission results to log in to the USSH-VNUHCM mobile app, check information, and select Payment;
+ Method 2: Make a bank transfer to the account provided by the University according to the tuition payment instructions.
- After successful payment, the system will send an SMS and confirmation email to the student's phone number and email.
3.1. Documents to prepare at home
(1) 01 copy of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam result certificate or a copy of the High School Graduation Diploma;
(2) 04 ID photos (3x4 size) (clearly write student ID and full name on the back of each photo);
(3) 01 copy of the birth certificate or an excerpt of the birth certificate;
(4) 02 photocopies of the ID card/Citizen Identification card (no notarization required);
(5) 01 photocopy of the high school academic transcript (no notarization required);
(6) Resume with local government verification and seal over the photo (print after completing Step 1 or download the University's template);
(7) Commitment letter not to change majors for candidates admitted to the Philosophy major (download the University's template);
(8) Proof of priority category, priority area, and foreign language requirements according to the regulations of the method and major (if any);
3.2. Documents to be received at the University upon arrival for enrollment
(9) 01 original admission notification and enrollment call letter.
Candidates must come to the University to submit documents according to the enrollment schedule corresponding to their admitted major.
- All valid copies must be notarized or certified by competent authorities.
- Regarding health check-ups and non-major foreign language courses: The University will have a specific announcement after candidates complete the enrollment procedures.
- In case admitted candidates cannot enroll according to the University's schedule, they must submit supplementary enrollment documents no later than September 9, 2026. After this time, if candidates do not complete the enrollment procedures, their names will be removed from the admission list.

+ Standard Program: Room A1.206, Executive Building, Linh Xuan Campus.
- Important note regarding Valedictorian title consideration: To ensure progress, the University only considers the Valedictorian admission title for candidates who complete the enrollment procedures and submit full documents according to regulations within no more than 07 days from the enrollment date scheduled by the University.
- Freshmen should download the USSH-VNUHCM app on their phones for use throughout their studies.
