In response to International Museum Day on May 18th and contributing to the spirit of preserving and promoting cultural-historical values within the higher education environment, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City is organizing the “Pieces” exhibition.
The exhibition serves as a space to display precious artifacts and documents donated by organizations, individuals, and benefactors to the University during the 2020 – 2025 period. Each artifact is a “piece” of memory, culture, and history, contributing to telling stories about the journey of heritage preservation and spreading community responsibility.
More than just a display, the exhibition is an opportunity to connect generations of lecturers, students, and alumni with heritage enthusiasts; while also affirming the University’s role in preserving and promoting national cultural values.
Notably, the opening day will feature a talkshow: “Memories from Heritage Pieces” with the participation of speaker Dr. Nguyen Thi Hau – Researcher at the Center for Information, Library, and Museum.
