Thematic Exhibition “Lacquer Art – Connecting Vietnamese Heritage” and Book Launch Talkshow: “Museology: History, Development Process, and Current Issues”

In celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (Nov 20) and Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Day (Nov 23), the Center for Information, Library and Museum – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City cordially invites students to attend a meaningful series of events:
•    Thematic Exhibition “Lacquer Art – Connecting Vietnamese Heritage”: Admire typical lacquer artworks from Tuong Binh Hiep craft village, provided by the Ho Chi Minh City Lacquer and Sculpture Association.
o    Date: November 17 – December 5, 2025.
o    Opening ceremony: 8:30 AM, November 17, 2025.
o    Location: 2nd Floor, Executive Building – Linh Xuan Campus.
•    Talkshow introducing the book “Museology: History, Development Process, and Current Issues”: Interact directly with the team of translators and discuss modern trends in museology.
o    Time: 10:00 AM, November 17, 2025.
o    Location: Room 2.05, 2nd Floor, Executive Building.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to engage with traditional art and expand their professional knowledge of heritage and culture. Let’s spread the values of reading culture and Vietnamese heritage!
