Announcement on supplementary enrollment for full-time undergraduate international students in 2026

University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City announces the supplementary enrollment for full-time undergraduate international students in 2026 for the Vietnamese Studies major.

1. Enrollment target: Foreigners who have graduated from high school.

2. Enrollment method: Admission based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

3. Application requirements: High school graduation and meeting the Vietnamese language proficiency requirements as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam: level 3/6 (equivalent to B1 level).

4. Enrollment quota: 10

5. Application documents:

Each applicant prepares 02 sets of documents, each including:

(1) Application form for foreigners studying in Vietnam (Download form).

 (2) High school diploma accompanied by academic transcripts (consular legalized) translated and notarized into Vietnamese.

(3) Notarized copy of the B1 Vietnamese Language Certificate issued by institutions permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam to organize Vietnamese language proficiency tests for foreigners.

(4) Certified copy of Passport, including:

- Cover page;

- Page with photo and personal information;

- Page with visa.

(5) Health certificate issued by a provincial/city or central-level medical facility in Vietnam (certifying fitness for study), issued no more than 06 months prior to the date of submission.

(6) 03 photos of size 3x4 cm.

Submission period: from the date of the announcement until October 15, 2026 (during office hours).

Note

Documents must be fully prepared and arranged in the correct order.

Candidates must submit 02 identical sets of documents.
