Launch of the logo and specialized website for the 70th Anniversary of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities
In preparation for the series of solemn activities celebrating the 70th Anniversary, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City officially introduces its logo and a 70th-anniversary website, marking a proud journey of service and development.
The logo is designed with a visually appealing stylized motif, symbolizing the crystallization of the University's academic depth and historical value. At its center is the number 70, stylized harmoniously and firmly, affirming a glorious historical milestone. The number “7” is creatively shaped to incorporate a pen nib, representing the pursuit of writing, knowledge, and a flowing ribbon symbolizing creativity. The number “0” is an undulating circle, not completely closed, representing completeness, continuity, and continuous development. Placing the core brand identity at the heart of the anniversary logo affirms the University's deep historical and cultural roots and status. The two primary colors, blue and red, reflect the harmony between academic prestige and relentless dedication.
The 70-year milestone is not only a strong connection between generations of staff, alumni, and current students, but also a bridge linking the University's proud past, firm present, and far-reaching future.
Besides launching the 70th Anniversary logo, the University has built a dedicated website for the 70th-anniversary celebration with the expectation that it will become a bridge connecting generations of "Người Nhân văn". The website is designed with 5 categories: Proudly Reaching Out, Flow of History, Time Window, 70-Year Heartbeat, and Mini-challenges to interact with users. Through this website, the University aims to create a modern digital space where traditional values celebrating knowledge are preserved and strongly spread. More than just providing information, the website acts as a treasure trove of valuable documentation, fully marking the 70-year journey of construction, development, and affirmation of the leading position in the field of social sciences and humanities.
Accompanying the launch of the logo and website, the University is organizing a thematic exhibition titled “USSH 70 Years - Knowledge Heritage, Memories, and Aspirations”. The event is currently looking forward to receiving contributions of artifacts, documents, stories, and memories from generations who have been attached to the University, to contribute to telling the University's 70-year journey.
Through a wide range of activities and the launch of the 70th Anniversary logo and website, the University aims to honor fine traditional values, affirm its position in the field of social sciences and humanities, and inspire generations of students to continue promoting their dynamic, creative, and integrative spirit.
