1. Eligible participants
- Full-time, first-degree students in standard programs, high-quality/international standard programs, and 2+2 joint programs;
- Students currently studying from the first to the fourth year; and students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts who have not yet completed their training programs; - Students participating in the health examination must have permanent residence registration information or have registered for temporary residence in Ho Chi Minh City as displayed on the VNeID application.
2. Time, location, and registration method
- Examination schedule: according to the registered time slots, from October 19th to October 24th, and from November 2nd to November 7th and November 9th, 2026;
- Location: Lobby area of Building B4, Linh Xuan Campus, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City;
- Registration method: Students register for the health examination online via the link: https://ytesv.hcmussh.edu.vn/;
- Registration deadline: Students should register for available time slots. When a time slot reaches capacity, please select another time slot.
The system will close registration when the deadline is reached or all time slots are full.
3. Notes
- Students who have already undergone a health examination under the local public health examination program in 2026 do not need to be re-examined at the University;
- Students eligible for the examination are responsible for fully registering and attending the health examination at the correct time, location, and according to the University's instructions. Failure to do so will be considered in the assessment of conduct results according to the University's current regulations and the Student Affairs Regulations. The University requests faculties and the Center for International Education to coordinate in disseminating the full content of this Announcement to eligible students, and to create conditions for students to fully participate in the health examination at the prescribed time.
