In 2021, the Bachelor of Social Sciences and humanities jointly recruited 120 students to participate in the 2 + 2 international cooperation project include Deakin University (Australia), Minnesota Crookston (America), Guangxi Normal University (China). Enrollment majors include:
1. Department of communication association with Deakin University (Australia)
2. Department of international relations association with Deakin University (Australia)
3. English language association with Minnesota Crookston (USA)
4.Chinese Linguistics and Literature association with Guangxi Normal University (China) - Enrollment is expected to begin on August 2021
For all courses, students will study for the first 2 years in HCM National University USSH (10-12 Dinh Tien Hoang, No. 10-12, first district, Ho Chi Minh City), and then transfer to the last 2 years in Guangxi University.

Tran Nam, Vice Director of CIE said: "International 2 + 2 affiliated programs will receive separate applications before September 17, 2021 and new students will start enrollment in October 2021 at 10-12 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1. The enrollment characteristics of these programs are that candidates send documents to the national training center. The school will publish the admission results in two phases: the first batch is scheduled for August 17 and the second batch is scheduled for after September 17, 2021.
In 2021, the school will open two new majors: Bachelor of English language association with Minnesota CrookstonUniversity – USA, and Bachelor of Chinese language association with Guangxi Normal University, China.
Bachelor of Chinese language association with Guangxi Normal University has great advantages that is in addition to standard courses, the tuition fees of cooperative schools are equivalent to those in Vietnam.
