Night shifts: 139 Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau ward, District 3, HCMC

Job Description &

Responsibilities

• Answer support phone lines and emails
• Resolve technical issues/errors related to our web services
• Train customers to use their web accounts
• Work with EDI mapping in upgrading EDI maps
• Track support inquires through the support CRM ensuring the customer issue is resolved
• Follow-up on unacknowledged transactions
• Set-up and maintain EDI trading partner relationships as needed
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, technical support or related field is preferred
• Must be customer-service oriented; actively look for ways to help people
• Active Listeners: be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely
• Must have a strong attention to detail; be careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks
• Be able to handle and resolve client issues efficiently, quickly and accurately
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Working Time: 40 hours/week, 9:00PM – 6AM 3 days a week and 2 days in flexible breaking shifts
• Willingly to work at weekends

Mức lương

Salary Range

• 8.500.000 – 11.000.000 + allowances 
• Lunch benefit: 30.000 vnd/day
• Parking fee: 250.000/month
• Milk + instant noodles if working night shifts
• Plus 30% basic salary if working night shifts
• Full insurance + insurance for direct relatives
