Job Description & Responsibilities

• Content Moderator Collaborator
• Job description:

• Review content for compliance with the product’s community   guidelines and terms of service

• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies

• Report on content moderation trends and data 

• Responsibilities: 

• Problem-solving, Critical thinking

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Content Operation Collaborator
• Job description:

• Analyze content data and identify trends and insights

• Create and manage content workflows

• Track and report on content performance

• Assist in developing, implementing and operating the content strategy

• Work with the team to develop and maintain content standards and guidelines

• Manage the content calendar and ensure that deadlines are met

• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve content operations 

• Responsibilities: 

• Problem-solving, Critical thinking

• Understanding of content strategy, workflow management, and analytics is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and other content marketing tools is a plus

• Data Labeling Collaborator (remote work/work from home)
• Job description:

• Identify and label objects or features in images, text, video and audio files.

• Follow instructions carefully and accurately.

Salary Range

• Positions 1 and 2: Salary is negotiable.

• Position 3:
• Working time: Shift work, 6 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Salary: 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 VND/month
