Job Title: English Language Teacher for Children & Teen
Busy Bees English Language Center is a qualified language center in Ba Ria Vung Tau province. We now are looking for English teachers who will handle kid and teen classes (STARTERS, MOVERS, FLYERS, KET, PET..) as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures and coursework tailored to the needs of young learners.
- Develop and implement creative materials and activities to foster language acquisition.
- Assign homework and interactive exercises to reinforce learning and engagement.
- Identify students with special requirements and develop personalized educational plans to support their progress.
- Assess exam and assignment grades objectively and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Stay updated on the latest language teaching methodologies and integrate them into classroom practices.
- Handle classroom crises and conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to keep them informed about their children's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as an English teacher, particularly with children or in teaching Cambridge courses such as Starters, Movers, and Flyers, is preferred.
- Proficiency in a variety of teaching methods suitable for young learners.
- Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and English language requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Patient, resilient, and passionate about student learning.
- Bachelor's degree in English Language or English Literature; Master's degree is a plus.
