Prof. Stephen Moore is a professor from Macquerie University and a long-time friend of the Faculty of English Linguistics & Literature (EF). He has been for years a lecturer, workshop presenter, and conference paper reviewer at EF and is now an official part of the Faculty as an Adjunct Professor under the VNU350 Project. Prof. Moore has a long history with South East Asia, with multiple research projects at Cambodia and Vietnam and more than 50 individual research outputs to date. He is an expert in the field of ESP including the concept of genre as a key component of discourse analysis, and he is eager to showcase his expertise and interests, which might be of value or use, together with generations of students and lecturers of EF to develop the Faculty’s research mission and identity.
