“Lĩnh vực giảng dạy và nghiên cứu trọng tâm của ThS. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Vui là Tâm lý học Công nghiệp và Tổ chức (Industrial and Organizational Psychology). Với quan điểm "nghiên cứu và giảng dạy là hai hoạt động tương hỗ", giảng viên luôn nỗ lực lồng ghép các ví dụ thực tế và kết quả nghiên cứu vào bài giảng để sinh viên dễ dàng nắm bắt lý thuyết. Đồng thời, ThS. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Vui tích cực khuyến khích và hướng dẫn những sinh viên tài năng tham gia vào các dự án nghiên cứu khoa học để tích lũy kinh nghiệm và phát triển chuyên môn.”
