Job Opening: Executive Secretary (Bilingual – Korean/Vietnamese)

About the Role

We are a global PPE manufacturer(www.dobu.co.kr) looking for a talented Executive Secretary to support our senior management team in Vietnam HCM. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our Korean headquarters, Vietnamese operations, and local partners.

Key Responsibilities

•            Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

•            Coordinate schedules, meetings, business trips, and company events.

•            Serve as the main liaison between Korean HQ and Vietnamese subsidiaries/partners.

•            Translate and interpret (Korean ↔ Vietnamese) for meetings, reports, and correspondence.

•            Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and documents in Korean, Vietnamese, and English.

•            Support business activities related to manufacturing projects, certification, and market entry.

•            Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and communications.

•            Assist with expense reports, procurement documentation, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

•            Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Assistant, or similar role (experience in manufacturing or PPE industry is a plus).

•            Fluent in Korean and Vietnamese (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.

•            Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•            Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•            Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to work with multinational teams.
