Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Guest-Welcome Schedule: Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule for welcoming
guests, ensuring smooth coordination for all aspects of the customer’s visit.
Agenda Organization: Take responsibility for arranging agendas, including airport pick-ups, hotel
reservations, travel arrangements (local tours or inter-city trips), dining, parties, and other related
activities.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare required documentation and paperwork to align with internal
processes and compliance requirements.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to overseas branches, fostering
effective communication and collaboration.
Customer Feedback: Report customer feedback to managers, identifying areas for improvement
and suggesting enhancements to the customer experience.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Secretary, Administrative Management, Hospitality
Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
Have knowledge in Customer Service, Customer Care, Admin or a similar role is plus.
Excellent communication skill and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English or Japanese
