ICELT 2026 Announces Registration Fees and Payment Guidelines

The International Conference on English Language Teaching 2026 (ICELT 2026), themed “Towards ESL in the Age of AI,” will take place on October 16–17, 2026. The conference will run for a full day on October 16 and continue with a morning session on October 17.

The Organizing Committee has announced the registration fees, publication fees, and payment procedures for Vietnamese and international participants.

REGISTRATION FEES

Participants who complete their registration before July 31, 2026, are eligible for the early-bird rate. Regular registration applies from July 31 to October 2, 2026.

Vietnamese participants:
- Early-bird fee: VND 1,400,000
- Regular fee: VND 1,600,000

International participants:
- Early-bird fee: USD 120
- Regular fee: USD 140

EF MA in TESOL participants:
- Early-bird fee: VND 700,000
- Regular fee: VND 800,000

EF faculty members:
- Free of charge

PUBLICATION FEES

Publication opportunities are available through the conference e-proceedings, a special issue of the VNUHCM Journal, and the LSP International Journal. Publication arrangements may be subject to change.

Vietnamese authors:
- Conference e-proceedings: VND 900,000
- Special issue of VNUHCM Journal: VND 1,900,000
- LSP International Journal: Free of charge

International authors:
- Conference e-proceedings: USD 90
- Special issue of VNUHCM Journal: USD 180

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIETNAMESE PARTICIPANTS

Vietnamese participants are required to register and complete payment through the short-term training website of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The registration process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Visit https://daotaonganhan.hcmussh.edu.vn/en/

Step 2: Select the EF logo.

Step 3: Select “ICELT 2026,” click “Choose,” and then select “Register.”

Step 4: Provide all required personal and registration information.

Step 5: Check the registered email address for the QR code and scan it to complete the payment.

International participants may make payment by bank transfer using the following information:

Participants are advised to provide their full names accurately in the transfer description so that the Organizing Committee can verify and process their payments.
