In preparation for a series of activities celebrating its 70-year tradition, the USSH-VNUHCM has officially introduced its 70th anniversary logo and dedicated website, marking a proud journey of service, development and academic contributions.
The logo features a stylized design centered on the number 70, symbolizing the University's historic milestone and its enduring academic and cultural values. The number “7” incorporates a pen nib, representing scholarship and knowledge, together with a flowing ribbon symbolizing creativity. The number “0” takes the form of an open, flowing circle, representing completeness, continuity and ongoing development.
The University's core brand identity is integrated into the anniversary logo, highlighting its historical and cultural roots. The two primary colors, blue and red, represent the harmony between academic credibility and a spirit of dedication and contribution.
The 70th anniversary is not only a milestone connecting generations of faculty members, alumni and current students, but also a bridge between a proud past, a strong present and an ambitious future.
Alongside the launch of the anniversary logo, USSH-VNUHCM has developed a dedicated website for the 70th anniversary, envisioned as a digital space connecting generations of the USSH community. The website features five sections: Proudly Reaching Further, Historical Journey, Window to Time, 70-Year Pulse, and Interactive Challenges.
Through the website, the University aims to create a modern digital space where its traditions and commitment to knowledge can be preserved and widely shared. Beyond providing information, the website will serve as a valuable archive documenting the University's 70-year journey of establishment, development and contribution to the field of social sciences and humanities.
As part of the anniversary launch, the University is also organizing the thematic exhibition “USSH 70 Years: Knowledge Heritage, Memories and Aspirations.” The University welcomes artifacts, archival materials, stories and memories from generations of people who have been connected with USSH, contributing to a collective record of its 70-year journey.
Through a series of activities, together with the launch of the anniversary logo and website, USSH-VNUHCM aims to honor its longstanding traditions, reaffirm its position in the social sciences and humanities, and inspire future generations of students to continue fostering creativity, dynamism and international integration.
