Abstract submission for the 2024 International Scientific Conference “Trauma and post-traumatic strengthening: Theoretical approaches and applications in practice”
The International Conference 2024 "Psychological trauma and post-traumatic growth: Theoretical approaches and applications in practice" organized by the Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (USSH-VNU HCM) is organized towards some main topics such as:
- Mainstream 1. Theoretical research on trauma, post-trauma, and application models: Theoretical framework of trauma and post-trauma; Ethics in research and practice on trauma and post-trauma.
- Mainstream 2: Current status of applying theoretical frameworks on trauma and post-trauma in Vietnam in different contexts: Current status studies in: schools, organizations, families, society, …; Trauma after loss such as fire, natural disaster, epidemic,...; Application of theoretical models: Trauma therapy based on Psychoanalysis; Behavioral Cognition, Systems; Relax; Art; Mindfulness, EMDR; Clinical assessment and monitoring; and Case studies and clinical illustrations.
With only a few days left until the deadline to submit abstracts for the conference, the Organizing Committee hopes to continue receiving more scientific articles from researchers, lecturers, and practitioners; clinical psychologists, school psychologists; students, trainees, graduate students in Psychology, Education, Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Special Education, and people interested in the topic of the Conference.

- Deadline for submitting a full paper: before August 30th, 2024;
