On behalf of USSH, VNU-HCM, we would like to extend our warmest greetings to our partners, staff, parents, and all students.
We would like to inform you that USSH, VNU-HCM decided to cancel the opening ceremony for school year 2024-2025 scheduled on Sep 27 and use the allocated funds to support Typhoon Yagi flood victims in Northern Vietnam despite meticulous preparations. Other activities, such as interactions with businesses, awards, scholarships, and skill-sharing sessions, will proceed as planned.
The entire budget of 100,000,000 VND (one hundred million VND) allocated for this will be donated to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support the affected provinces, as part of the overall plan of VNU-HCM.
We understand this is a special occasion for freshmen, but we believe that the most important thing right now is to uphold the tradition of solidarity and mutual support of the USSH community.
