The Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, aims at three core values: Connection, Diversity and Empathy. With a history of 20 years, the Faculty of Psychology is responsible for seriously implementing its commitments on the quality of training, research, practice and community service.
In 2019, the Counseling and Psychological Therapy Department of the Faculty of Psychology was established to increase psychological counseling activities to support students and individuals with psychological difficulties. In 2021, the Faculty successfully implemented the Behavioral Science Research Center project to move towards building a Center for Psychological Research and Application. In particular, with the establishment of the Center for Psychological Application and Research (CPAR) in 2024, the Faculty of Psychology is committed to continuing to contribute its professional responsibilities to bring students many experiences and expand their knowledge and a healthy community about mental health.
