With the aim of sharing and exchanging essential knowledge and practical skills in Relaxation Therapy for nursing staff interested in neuro-psycho-physical interactions, the Department of Psychology has collaborated with therapist Françoise Selmi to organize the course "Introduction to Relaxation Therapy".
The course aims to explore the psychotherapeutic aspects of relaxation, help students discover the benefits of relaxation, introduce and guide practical techniques related to Relaxation Therapy.
Course details are as follows:
- Lecturer: Francoise Selmi - Psychomotor therapist, relaxation therapist (Vietnamese interpretation available).
- Audience: Psychologists, caregivers for patients with neurological, psychological and physical problems.
- Expected number of students: 16.
- Time and form: Study directly at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM (No. 10-12 Dinh Tien Hoang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). The course consists of 10 sessions, from March 10, 2025 to March 14, 2025: Morning session: 8:30 - 11:30. Afternoon session: 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
- Tuition fee: 6,000,000 VND.
